Kicking off the music festival is ‚UnArt‘, the well-known Siegen cover band that gives every song its very own, ‚UnArt‘-style twist. On June 24th, the cover band ‚Take O Me‘ will celebrate a revival of the 1980s, bringing the iconic songs of Michael Jackson, Phil Collins and the Neue Deutsche Welle back to life. The following Wednesday will see a performance by ‚Hörgerät‘, one of the country’s most popular German rock bands. The passionate musicians will perform both cover hits and their own songs.

Anyone who like electronic music and techno beats should make a not of July 8th, as this evening’s theme is „Open Sky meets mittwochsIn“. Following the break on July 15th due to the AOK company run, its the turn of „X-Cords“ with a colourful mix of rock, pop and Neue Deutsche Welle.

The following Wedensday, the musicians from „Wolle Pur“ will be taking to the stage with their high-energy mix of rock and party pop. Next up are „Noisic“: their repertoire ranges from current chart hits and rock and pop classics to medleys of their own creation. On August 12th, the band „Mission:2Party“ will bring this year’s MittwochsIn to a close with their harmonies and guitar sound.
