KulturPur on the Ginsberg Heath
KulturPur 2025 has once again brought international festival flair to the Ginsberg Heath from the 5th to the 9th of June. The tent city near Hilchenbach offered a varied programme of music, theatre and shows. The musical ‘The Best of Two Worlds’ celebrated its premiere on Thursday. The production by Dieter and Paul Falk told the story of the Siegen-Wittgenstein region with lots of music and humour.
There were two highlights on the programme on Friday: the cult band BAP brought Cologne rock to the stage. At the same time, the Bruchwerk Theatre provided a theatre atmosphere with ‘Eine Sommernacht’. At night, ‘Henner tanzt’ started - the electro party in the countryside.
On Saturday, Bosse took over the main tent and delivered German pop and indie rock with a catchy tune guarantee. An exclusive concert by the Philharmonie Südwestfalen followed on Sunday, combining classical music and current topics under the motto ‘Respect’. Whit Monday belonged to Latin pop star Alvaro Soler. With his summer hits and energetic rhythms, he provided an atmospheric finale. In addition to the top acts, there were street theatre, walking acts, a children's programme and culinary stalls.
