Every week, the selection at the Wednesday market in the shadow of the Krönchen is large, fresh and above all regional: vegetables from the Westerwald, organic meat from Bad Berleburg, potatoes from nearby Freudenberg, Persian or cheese specialities from Siegen and home-made mustard from the Siegerländer Senfwerkstatt. All stallholders are from the local region. They sell their wares every Wednesday from 11.00 am to 5.00 pm – and Saturday is also market day in Siegen.
